Our club does periodically
rent out the building for special events for our members (& select
non-members who are sponsored by a member).
Rental rates:
Member rental fee: $350 (plus a $250 security/cleaning deposit)
Non-member rental fee: $750 (plus a $250 security/cleaning deposit)
Rental requirements:
__ All rental
requests must be approved by the Board of Directors.
__ Renter shall clear the facility of his/her property by the next
morning of the function.
__ There are tables & chairs for 160 comfortably; 180 tighter.
__ Insurance. The clubhouse will require of you extended coverage that
day, which means you will need to arrange with your own home insurance
provider for a one day extended coverage of our clubhouse building
(address of the building is 15181 Sierra Bonita Lane; Chino, CA)
__ Keys/access: arrange this with your club contact; don’t assume that
it will be open.
__ Decorations: put nothing on the walls or doors or hanging from the
lights. Tape may be applied only to the wood trim. Do not remove the
wall decorations.
__ The rental manager will access whether the building is cleaned by the
“better than you found it” standard. Items include:

Sweep & mop ALL
of the floors. A single mopping may not be enough—the floor must
appear clean.

Clean the outside
entry way and make sure the parking lot is clean.

Clean the
bathrooms.
-
Clean the walls
of marks.
-
Tables & chairs
are clean and returned to their racks
-
All trash is
removed to outside dumpster and containers lined with new bags.
