The Chino
Basque Club is offering a scholarship to students, who will be attending
a 4 year college in the fall.
Many of our youngsters work hard to attend
a university—degrees from which are ever more important in our uncertain
economic times. We have created a scholarship fund for children of Chino
Basque Club members to help them realize their college dreams.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Parent(s) of candidate must be a member of the Chino Basque Club.
Candidate must be an in-coming
student to a four-year college or university and be
currently involved in the club, in some capacity. Lastly candidate must have a minimum 3.00 GPA to
qualify.
APPLICATION PACKET NEEDS TO INCLUDE:
1. Completed application form (print this page, fill out, and mail
back)
2. Copy of final report card
3. 250 word essay telling us about yourself and your ties to the
Basque community.
4. CURRENT PHOTOGRAPH (picture will be used in annual
picnic program)
